Integral Flange
Steel Flanges are widely used as a popular category of pipe fittings. Different from Slip on Flange and Blind Flange, the integral flange belongs to the flange standard system of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, which is a form of expression of the Ministry of Chemical Industry flange (also known as HG flange). In various domestic standards, simply use IF to indicate the integral flange, is a flange with a cone section neck.
The integral flange is the part that connects the pipe to the pipe and is connected to the end of the pipe. There are holes on the whole flange, and the bolts make the two flanges tightly connected. The flanges are gasketed.
The whole flange is mainly used in the pipeline with high pressure, which is generally a sudden surface (RF). If it is in the service condition of inflammable, explosive, high and extremely harmful, it can choose the form of sealing surface of convex and concave surface (MFM) and mortising and groove surface (TG) in addition to RF surface.
